Psychodynamic Therapy By Michelle
In times of need, I understand that it can be difficult to face your issue and a therapist at the same time. For these reasons I offer phone and video call counselling and therapy treating a range of issues, including:
How does Psychodynamic Therapy work?
The psychodynamic approach is guided by the core principle that the unconscious mind harbours deep rooted feelings and memories that can effect our behaviour. Psychodynamic therapy is a therapeutic approach that embraces the work of all Analytical therapies .
What to expect from your sessions:
Clients with help are encouraged to explore and speak freely about anything that comes to mind, such as: current issues, fears, desires, goals etc. We will establish Key points in all the issues discussed. Focusing on recognising, expressing and overcoming negative feelings and repressed emotions. Clients will start to discover and explore new methods and learn to analyse and resolve current issues to change their behaviour through this deep analysis of earlier experiences and emotions.

I have been receiving bereavement counselling from Michelle for some time now after my 11 year old sister passed away shortly followed by my nan. Michelle is very empathic and easy to talk to. I have found the sessions extremely helping in dealing with my grief and would highly recommend her services. Although remaining professional Michelle is very supportive and understanding and genuinely cares.
