About Michelle

I’m Michelle, a psychodynamic and behavioural therapist who specialises in psychotherapy and I use psychology in counselling and behavioural work. By integrating all aspects of my work into each session, I am able to assist all manner of clients, helping them learn how and why we act the way we do. A lot of my training is in mental health, which means I can identify the route of a problem, analysing the client’s background to discover triggers. Over the course of my career I have gained various certificates from training courses, while I have also worked in association ITV.

My sessions are not just about negativity and psychological problems – many of my clients enjoy their sessions and the experience of self development. The sessions are often centred on self-development, soul searching, and empowerment, which makes them perfect for clients who find themselves low in confidence. Tailored to Your Needs

Thanks to my extensive range of skills, I am able to tailor each session to the unique and individual needs of the client. Based on cognitive therapy and counselling, my work helps both male and female clients to cope with an array of issues. Additionally, my sessions help people to make new connections in their brain, replacing negatives with positives. This means that the sessions are ideal for clients in search of personal development, up-skilling, and significant life change.

A Flexible Approach

To accommodate the time restraints of all my clients, I am very flexible with my sessions, conducting them on evenings and weekends when required. Although I advise having six face-to-face sessions to maximise the benefits of the therapy, you will never be pressured into returning, and contracts are not required.
