WHAT IS KINETIC SHIFT THERAPY?
Kinetic shift therapy is a form of rapid therapy that combines elements of hypnosis, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and other psychological techniques to facilitate quick and effective changes in a person's mental and emotional state. Developed by Karl Smith, a British hypnotherapist and trainer, kinetic shift therapy is designed to address a variety of issues.
